Snap ring on transmission housing

Uh where is the Snap ring on tha trans so I can take apart the housing

at the opposite end from the input shaft, under the large hex holed plug.

It`s under the 1/2 inch plug on the passenger side of the transmission (the tallest part). Stick the half-inch rachet in there and bust it open. Then get pliers or something to open the snap ring up.

Be sure to take everything else off, too before you start pulling the casing apart.
