Default Sleeving, questions and concerns

Ok.
I have thought about building my engine up since my car jumped time and the engine was destroyed.
So now I am curious about sleeving and going with lower compression forged pistons so I can play with boost.

I heard that there is a company that is making factory sleeved blocks, but I dont know who it is or anything about it. Hoping one of you guys might know.

If I have to get a machine shop or other engine shop to sleeve my block if the first option does not exist, who would you recommend? What type of sleeves, and what shop?
I have heard stories about sleeves leaking, not seating right, moving, and just all kinds of stuff. Just want opinions from some people who have had it done, or experience in this matter.
I want a reliable bottom end, since that is the most important part of the puzzle.

Thanks to all
Mike
