Default Skunk2 Stage2 Dyno Tuning Tips

Well a friend of mine just installed his Sk2 St2 cams and we are going to dyno tune it tomorrow. Only problem is that our local dyno shop does not work on imports........so we will have to tune it ourselves.

So what is the ideal a/f ratio?? What kind of whp should we be looking for??

His set up includes: Sk2 St2 cams, ITR-milled head, Comptech bolt-ons, and Jun ecu, cam gears

Please feel free to give us any pointers.

For starters, what kind of engine management are you using to tune it?

If it's just a JUN "chipped" ECU or whatever, the only thing you'll be able to do is play with cam gear settings.

Yep, we are only going to do cam gear adjustments and play with the fpr.

Well the nearest import shop is in Dallas, which is a 6hour drive from here.
