Default Skunk 2 Manifold Problems..Please help!.........asap!

Ok heres my issue, 1st off, im spraying fuel out the top of one of the injector, i got a new o ring sometime tommaro... Next...My 3 studs that hold the fuel rail down...suck. I want to just get bolts or somthing and bolt the rail down.
Next...What is this little washer thign go? i cant remember, theres 3 of them

BIGGEST THING...I am so confused on alot of my vaccum and SENSOR's exspecially.I have like 2 of them that didnt even get plugged back in? Can you look at the pics, and tell me if anythings wrong? I plugged the back(driverside) of the manifold's nipple, is that ok??????

HELP!!!!!!!

Way confused on that one......!

the 3 thingys are spacers for the fuel rail. They wouldn't fit back under my fuel rail so i left them out and used washers. The bolt size to replace the stud is an M6, 1.0pitch, 20-25mm long. They are cheap and you can find them at your local hardware or autoparts store. Last pic, the vac line from the diaphram(looks like its cut) on the black can goes to the EVAP solenoid on the back of the intake mani. There was no place to mount it but there is a small barb for vac source.

Is your check engine light on? Any codes?

In your 3rd pic, the cut hose from the diapram on top of the evap canister(black can) goes to the lil barb on back of the manifold(driverside). It will cause a sporatic idle if this barb is left open.

Where are you seeing the coolant leak from?

IAT was on your stock mani on top. IAC is on the back of the intake manifold. I think they are both 2 prong connectors, you might have them switched.

Getting the manifold out is the biggest pain in the *** in the world. MAKE SURE, you have EVERY bolt off that damn support bracket. Also, have new o rings for the fuel injectors(Smallest ones) cost me 7bucks for 4 of em... and......dont even bother switching over the 3 posts, go buy actual bolts, and bolt it down in. any more ?'s im me

This is Swags04 brother....the car is still being nuts...up and down it goes....we sprayed some brake cleaner around the manifold and found a leak....tightedned it up and ended up stripping the stud...so now we have to take it off again and start over....Such a pain in the ***....but hopefully this is the cause.

well at least you have a stud left to grab i broke mine off completely :-(...but it still seals up like a charm.. i just used the hondata style gasket w/ spray on gasket material to help it seal....with the broken stud it still seals fine...good luck w/ you fix
