put it on tdc on the crank.. take the valve cover off.. then the oil rails and cam caps ,mark the timing belt with the camgears with white out .. to make sure you replace it and put it in the same spot.. remove the cam gears off the old cams. then reverse the install.. make sure you have the motor cold.. as in let it sit over night or so.. and also buy a helms book .. it will tell you everything.. make sure you gather the tools you need...it should be.. 14 socket, wrachet, 10 socket,12 socket, feel gauge, valve adjustment tool, and a torque wrench, 8 socket, that should be all of it ..

note: i dont kno the exact torque specs on the bolts... i think its 9 pounds on the 10 bolts and 19 on the 12 bolts

your cams are key'd, the cam gears only go on one way. Basicly allign the car to TDC, then just take off cam gears then put them on your skunks, and put them back in TDC. Dont forget to do a valvejob

http://www.c-speedracing.com will help you with both of those

7 lbs on valvecover

5..1..3..7 <valvecover bolts
6..2..4..8

16 lbs on cam bolts
8 lbs on end bolts (bolts 11-14?)

13...9...5..1..3..7..11 <order for cam bolts
14..10..6..2..4..8..12 <each cam

Head Bolts:
taking off
3..5...9...7..1
2..6..10..8..4
make sure engine is cold and loosen at 1/3 turns in order til all bolts are loose to prevent warpage

putting on
..9..5..1..3..7
10..6..2..4..8

please correct me if im wrong.
