Need help with B16 head....
Just put type R cams and Skunk 2 camgears in my PR3 head...
Does anyone happen to know the torque specs for the cam rails(the part that holds the cams down)?
Also if anyone knows the torque specs for the cam gears you would be helping me out alot....
Any help would be appreciated.

its like 20-25 ft pounds of torque basically hand tight for the cam caps and basically the same for the cam gears

Helms says - four 6mm bolts tighten to 9.8 N*m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.2 lbf-ft)
ten 8 mm bolts tighten to 27 N*m (2.8 kgf-m, 20 lbf-ft)
The 6mm bolts are on the ends (two each side)

and also make sure u lube the hell out of the cam and the cam caps and u will need a valve adjustment
