Default Simple Ign. Timing Question

I have a mod. 89 honda crx hf with a gsr head witha b16a2 short block. I have the car runnin now and was wondering for the ignition timing. Do I set it at 15 degrees B/c I'm using a Chipped P-72 (obd-1) ecu on my car? Also note that I already did the obd-0 to obd-1 conversion already and I brought the car to a local shop to do check my timing. They check it and set it at 22 Degrees B/c I burn out and crack two of my valves. (which suxc) So once again do I set it at 15 degrees? (the number came from Acura)

<Thanks for reading>
