Default Ignition Timing Question

Last week, I had the timing belt replaced on my B16B. The technician who performed the work was not sure how to set the timing on the distributor as the car has a P28 ECU with an OBD-1 to 2 conversion harness. He had asked that I find out if there is a special procedure with this set-up or do you just do it?

Default Re: Ignition Timing Question

There's a video on you tube that explains it pretty good.
