Default shifting problems

I was driving home from work and while i was driving after i switched gears after downshifting the grears became very very loose. Now this morning when i tried driving my car i could not find reverse and it kept going into 4th instead. Finally i could not get it out of gear and i can move the shifter in a circular motion or any which way. I am guessing its the shift linkage and it came out becuase the bushing may have come out. Any suggestions on what it may be and how hard it is to change it out.

How hard is it to change the shif linkage bushing on a 94 Integra GSR?

Check you shift linkage like you said, sounds like that is your problem.

Not hard, does the plate move up and down? There are two bolts that hole the rear shift pad bushing in, and one bushing on the transmission linkage control rod, they are both in relatively plain sight with the car jacked up, the rear one could be a bit of a squeeze.
