Default shifting ...

Lately I've noticed its getting harder to shift between gears... its not nearly as smooth as it was when I first got it. Sometimes I have to jam it pretty hard just to get into gear. Also sometimes when shifting into first from neutral (at a dead stop) it won't go all the way into gear, I have to let off the clutch a little before it does. The clutch isn't slipping but makes a squeaky sound when depressing/releasing it.

The car has 67k miles on it, 58k when I bought it from the dealer, and I just changed the tranny fluid. Clutch fluid isn't low.

Slave or Master cylinder? Synchros? Any suggestions are welcome.

The tranny fluid can have a great affect on shifting. If you didn't use Honda MTF, drain what's in there & fill it with the good stuff.

The problem with shifting into first is normal.

A little lube will fix the squeaking clutch - you just have to find out exactly what needs lubed.

usually, the sqeaking sound is the clutch pedal spring or mechanism. your clutch may also be coming up for replacement. like he said the fluid should also be checked. good luck
