shifter is hard to move in a 90 ls automatic.. HELP
Ok my friend has a 90 integra auto. (its a girl) and shifting it really hard. You have to use 2 hands to slide it up and down. From park to reverse isnt bad but the farther you go down... N D 2nd 1st... its harder to move..
I dont know what to do
Thanks guys all comments are needed.
(also how do you adjust the headlight up and down... i could only figure how to move it right to left... and its dark outside with a dumb flashlight)

May be that the shifter cable is bound up or too tight. Try lubricating it, its free and may work. If that doesnt help its time to have the problem diagnosed.
