She won't turn over!!!
I have a 1990 Acura Integra LS that I threw a rod in. I swapped the B18 for the same B18 and slapped on JDM stainless steel headers and a cold air intake. I have spark and fuel but the car just won't turn over. plug firing is right. Is it a timing issue or could it be wiring? Please get back with me!!!!!!!!
