can anybody tell me the differences of the B18 blocks??

Why? I know that ECU, camshafts and compression ratios are different! But are there any differences of the engine block?

Can I exchange the blocks of all B18C´s

as far as i know, the blocks themselves are the same.

its the internals, the head, the intake manifold, the throttle body, and the exhaust manifolds that are different.
