Default shaking when braking

my car started shaking a lot everytime i go over 50 and apply the brakes firm. my tires are pretty new good alignment. it only does it when i brake firmly and it feels like its in the front.... any ideas

i think u need to grind the disc down. happens to my bro accord. just need to grind the disc down. bring it to some shop. i might be wrong.

you could have warped rotors, but it could also be the calipers sticking. you may want to look into replacing the calipers and turning (grinding) the rotors, or simply getting new ones. whatever you decide to do, you would be best off getting new pads as well, since the pads will not wear evenly with warped rotors.

could it be something with like tie rods or bushings or even the rack and pinion

warped rotors- probably from over tightening the lug nuts- get them machined with an on car lathe or get new rotors.

rotors. take it to a local brake shop and tell them u need your rotors turned. like $30 around here. had to get it done 2 times (for some reason, i like to wash my car RIGHT after i have been stopping a lot. Steam coming off the rotors might caust them to be warped )

yep, you never want to get water on your roters when they are hot. if you grind them, it should fix the prob.

get new rotors. you can get your rotors resurfaced if you want to, but there not gonna last. your rotors are gonna be a little thinner and more prone to warping again if you get them turned.
