Not unless they are warped. When you hit the brakes hard, do you get a lot of vibration? If so, you need to get the rotors done. If not, don't waste the money. Just replace the pads.

You dont know how well of a job the resurfacing will be anyhow.
New Rotors are cheaper than getting them resurfaced.
EDIT: Sorry, miss read the original post. You dont need to resurface the rotors unless they are in very poor condition.

if u don't get the steering wheel shake at hard brakin(which is indicative of warped rotors), then jus go ahead n swap out the pads.

In general it is recommended to get the rotors resurfaced so that the pads can bed in properly. Otherwise your braking may not be as good as it should be or you can wear your pads down quicker than normal due to improper bedding of the brakes.

Yes. Get your rotors turned to ensure that your new brakes have an even surface to bite into.

If your getting new pads get new rotors or get them resurfaced. It will cause many problems if you don't. Brakes will start squeaking.
Its cheaper to get new rotors then to get them resurfaced usually.
