Default service question

My wife's 02 Altima has 55k miles on it so I figure I will get a jump on the 60k mile service. My question is this, I called the dealer and a local lube shop about flushing the tranny. The dealer is 130 and the lube shop is 80. The lube shop will use castrol atf-3 and the dealer will use nissan, I'm assuming. I am going to watch whoever does it to make sure they actually change it, I am so paranoid about any shop. Anyways, let me know what u think.
