sandblasted entire head, is it junk?

Got a head back from the machine shop. They sandblasted the entire thing!! even the camshaft journal!!! Is it fixable?

thats fine. It was probably fine glass bead, ive done that on the past 4 heads I've rebuilt

sandblasting media has different grain size
its fine
