I'd just like to ask if you can walk the cup using a flex head torch or is that just for fixed head torches, tried doing it this morning and it wasn't nice .....i know i need more practice, but should i re-install my fixed head torch....

 

Yes, you can. You just can't push down so hard that the head flexes on you. However, even with a fixed head, you shouldn't be pressing down hard anyway.
