Default SAFC II worth it?? or Chip??

Hey there, I got an LS powered 1990 hatchback, thinking about going turbo, but for now, I just want to try and tune the car to see if I could get any more HP out of it... Should I get the SAFC II or get my computer chipped??

Thanks,
Mark

the safc-II would do well for bolt on upgrades , but for a turbo , you might want something more- there is hondadata listed above, oooorrrr... if your a more DIY, i like to save money person- do some reading on uberdata- its a free tuning program like hondadata, you DL to a laptop to help you tune your car- though to use it you need to buy a wideband o2 sensor and controller/ , modify your ecu slightly, and a rom flasher. If your interested , or wondering what im talking about here is a link to some info-
