I have a really big problem that is making me consider putting my turbocharged 99 civic dx back to stock. My inspection in finally up and I am throwing a couple of codes, my check engine light isn't on and my safc is acting weird now too. Lets start with my check engine light. I plugged in a code reader into my car and it came up with three codes. It also said that my cel should be on but it isn't. Thinking that the bulb is burnt out or something I took out my instrument panel and switched some bulbs around and it still didn't come on. I have no idea what is going on there if someone can help. The cel codes I am throwing are: P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage and P1128 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Lower Than Expected. I have a safc controller it was working fine then I turn my car off and then turn it back on to see if the cel light came on and it would start. I checked my safc and it said that my air flow was at 14.9% when it was usually at 19%. srewed around with it a little more and got the car running but now the air flow is between 1.8% to 5.0%. Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on with my safc and how I can get rid of the cel codes so that I can pass inspection. If I don't figure this out soon I'm so fustrated that I'll put the car back to stock. I haven't had any problems with it for two years and now ny state passed this new law for this inspection **** and I really don't want to go through all these problems. Please help!
