Rywire Subharness Install?

Rywire Subharness Install?

I just recently purchased and installed the subharness above into my cx hatch. i ran the wires from the p06 ecu to the engine bay. and i get a check engine light. the harness has 4 wires on the engine side. one for 02 sensor, a ground, another black wire, and one for the VTEC oil pressure. why am i getting a CEL?
It doesn't even shoot a code, it just stays solid.
