Default Rywire Starter signal Lead missing?

Hello.
I bought a harness from Rywire and it says it has the starter signal wire and I can see the connector for the starter on the 'bay-end' of the harness but I checked the ECU plug and there is no wire in position B9. OBD1 AEM EMS 6040 lists B9 as the pin for +12V during cranking for the starter signal so whats going on?
The wires are all black and I don't have a multimeter with me so can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks very much!
