Default Running Rich..Help!

Hey guys, I got the P0172- System too rich CEL going on for about a couple weeks now.
I changed the Injectors, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Fuel Filter, Spark Plugs, checked my timing, swapped the ecu out, changed the map sensor, and purge solenoid.

Only thing that I haven't touched yet is the pcv valve and check for valve clearance/adjustment. The car is an EK with a b16a2. I'm also gonna check the wiring harness on Monday and see if there is any conductivity on the wires and make sure they are going to the right places. Anyways any help would be appreciated.

I would check the Coolant Temp sensor and Intake temp sensor. Cuz if one of them are bad the computer would think that the car isn't warm-up yet, so it end up adding more fuel.
