Default Running lean after driving on freeway?

I noticed just recently that my car starts running whack when I drive it for like 20-30 min. I check the plugs after and they are on the real line side. Then when I check the plugs after 5 min of idle in the morning, they are really rich, but that's because I set my timing to stock and fuel pressure to 45psi at idle. Could this be my fuel pump dying or the fuel filter which I wouldn't understand cuz I had it changed a couple years ago??? i'm running roughly 11.6-.9 c/r with stock LS fuel pump on ls/vtec. I've had the swap for 1600 miles now... you think the pump is giving up? I don't rev past 5000 any more to be safe. Oh and especially whne I'm low on fuel...

when the motor is cold and its idling its always going to be lean. what type of a ECU/Program are you running, if its a stock PW0/PR3 or other B16A stock ecu then yes its going to be lean while cruising.
