Portflow does awesome work... Over anybody for head porting i would recommend them... I've set JG port jobs next to Tom's Portflow ones and Tom's look 1000 times cleaner... He also has a flow bench and tests each head he does to ensure that it's flowing just how you want it.. Besides that he does complete breakdown and cleaning of the head... At my friend's shop... http://www.groundzeromotorsports.com that's all we use... They have a couple JG heads there too but they don't use them so i'll set them side by side sometime and take some pics... As for sleeving they use mainly GE... http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com/sleeves.htm... They seem to work fine except for my friend who is the head mechanic there says that the he has seen some of the sleeves have leaking problems... I guess GE just uses a high temp silicone inbetween the waterjacket and the crankcase which is where he has seen problems... but for the most part they have held up extremely well... my friend built his 84mm LSVTEC race motor running 15.0:1 a Portflow head, SK2 stage 3 cams and Hondata.. He ran an 11.43@117 with shitty gearing... It was bad enough that just as he hit the 1/4mile mark he was shifting into 4th... It dynoed at 250+whp and 162 torque... That's pretty good NA power... My friend that owns the shop just sold his daily driven turbo GSR/EK that was running GE sleeves 22lbs. and making 505whp.... With his 5 lug he was only able to run his ITR wheels with MT 22x8x15 slicks and it really didn't help cuz he still just spun through third... On that run full interior he ran like an 11.8@121 but that's nothing special for that motor... I'll get you some pics like I said and you can see what you think ... Peace

Speaking from my own experience RS MACHINE has the best machine work around.I have used them all and they do the best work. AND OF COURSE TOM AT PORTFLOW IS THE MAN....WITH THOSE TWO COMBINATIONS WHERE CAN YOU GO WRONG

For a shop that does mostly sleeving, I wouldnt think they would have problems doing what they do best. Kind of makes you think twice about their work and products.

RS MACHINE<--- top notch work.

You can't go wrong with their sleeves. Many PRO class racers are going with RS MACHINES for alot of the machining...especially their No Leak sleeved blocks.
