when i am at a stand still my rpsm are about a half inch from zero it
sometimes stalls if i barly let up on the cluch please help me
any suggestions or if this has happent to you befor and what you did to fix it

Perhaps you should adjust the idle.

 

how do i do that?
do you think its the battery or the alternator

 

lol..the idle not the charging system

 

There's a screw on the throttle body, loosen it.
