Default rpms are relly low

when i am at a stand still my rpsm are about a half inch from zero it
sometimes stalls if i barly let up on the cluch please help me
any suggestions or if this has happent to you befor and what you did to fix it

Perhaps you should adjust the idle.

There's a screw on the throttle body, loosen it.
