i have a 91 ed7 with a d16y8 with obdo componets from the original motor like mani and stuff like that. im running the stock pm6.

ok, every time i put an electric load on my engine my engine shakes really bad when idle, such as when i turn on my head lights or put my foot on the brakes lighting up the tailights or when i up the heater motor on ect. ect. i dont have a tach, ut its apperant is low. i turned up the idle screw and it got litle better, but now it idles pretty high specialy in the morning.

things i have tested:

iacv, i tested it according to alldata.
vacuum test, the needle is steady
compression test, all cynders are healthy
new alternator (because i had the charging system light on)
motor mounts are ok (not really related much but ok)
fuel preassure and regualtor. OK
spark plugs. ok

any ideas
