1996 d16y8 has low idle what could it be

and ull find that all u probably need to do is turn the screw on ur TB by your intake

well it would idle normal for a little while ill drive it then come to a stop and itll idle normal and then drop.

mine used to so this on my old motor when i would have just the conre lights on and press the breaks...haha it would go from 1000 to 500ish

that might indicate a faulty alternator or even a battery about to go. my rpms drop when i turn my hibeams on or slams on the brakes, but it might have something to do with that they're honda's, it happens.
