Default Rod Knock

Ok one day i was commin home from work when i hear a somewhat knocking noise coming from my motor, it seems to be that one of my rod bearings have gone out, but not sure. It idles fine but when i rev up to about 3g or more the tapping noise gets louder and louder. Motor is a B18A-vtec. can someone tell me the problem is ? and the torque specs of the rods? Is it possible to change the bearings from only taking off the oil pan and what not?

Any help is appreiciated Thanks

You could try to replace your rod bearings by droping the oilpan but if the bearings messed up the crank then theres alot more work to be done. Or your valves could need an adjustment.
