Default Rod bearings

If I change the bearings for the rods, will I have to resurface the crankshaft? Is it really necessary?

Just changing rod bolts and doing a bearing change for safety. So it's ok to just change the bearings?

sounds like a good plan. no need resurfacing the crank unless scarring or wearing is visibly occurring as stated above. make sure to check your clearances upon reassembly
