Default Ripped Piston Boot On Brake Caliper...

While pushing the piston back into the caliper to swap out brake pads, I accidentally ripped the rubber boot around the piston. I believe the rebuild kits are only like $15 at Autozone, does anyone have any advice or anything about replacing these things?

How does the old boot come out?
