Default rings and bearing help

I'm in dire need to do the rings in my car so I'm just asking for some advice.

I have a boosted GSR with B16a1 ported and polished head with GSR cams and springs with titanium retainers, GSR bottom end with wiseco pistons on scat rods with a stock crank, my question is what rings and bearings should i go with for this setup and what should i gap the rings to.

I would very much appreciate all the info ASAP b/c i want to get the parts tomorrow morning so i can have it done by the time i have to go to work Tuesday.

Thanks Nick
