Default Rings and bearings

So i had my block rebuilt a while back and recently did a compression test which was bad. So after taking thing apart ive seen my rings were gapped at like 23 and already bad and my bearings were starting to go out. So my question is which brand of each should i go with now.

if your using OEM pistons i say use NPR rings and ACL or OEM bearings... im useing npr rings and acl bearings no prbolem.

Oh yeah forgot to mention im running wiseco pistons car is built for boost or spray. And i belive the shop that did it last had just gapped them wrong since several other things they said they did werent done.
