Default richmond gear spool and speedo gear

hi! today i install a spool from richmond gear in a Sir tranny .. i pressfit the speedo gear like it was on the original diff and i install the bearing after... when i install the spool in the casing, the speedo gear was rubing the casing and the bearing was not all the way down...

after measuring whats wrong with this.. i found where the speed gear are suposed to be are not enough large so the speedo gear are a bit to high so rubbing..

i had to cut 0.7mm of the gear on the milling and than it was perfect...

did you ever see this? i am using regular bearing with snap-ring shim.. not taper bearing
