Icon2 rich idle problem

i swapped a b18b into my crx and installed a wideband af ratio gauge. after installing an ecu that was "tuned" for my setup i noticed that it was idling at full lean and would richen as i pressed the gas it almost died a few times because of this. i put in some sea foam (didn't know at the time that it was bad for widebands) and now it is idling rich at 10:1 and will lean out to 13/14:1 as i press the gas. fuel pressure seemed to drop ~4 psi since it idled lean so don't know if the regulator diaphragm has a hole or if the sea foam cleaned out my injectors a little too well. any ideas.

Apparently you need a tune.

I'm assuming that you have an ecu with a tune for some similar build to yours? Right?
