Default Revs on a LS Block?

Considering I had a built B18c head with an upgraded valvetrain, what would I have to do to my LS block to safely rev to 8500k+?

I wanna run about 11-11.5 CR, and I would be using CTR/ITR cams.

I'm in the process of building LS/Vtec...and I'm unsure of what the block buildup involves.

Thanks!

R.A.

ok i have experiencein this the main things you want to rev that beast is.
1.gsr/b16a oil pump god get this its cheap and look at them together you will understand.
2.endyn eagle rods or at least arp rod bolts.
3.new bearings.
4. make sure to get some cooling upgrades to stop detonation. i suggest getting a spoon thermostat. and griffin radiator from summit for 180
5. and you know the rest on the head
6. oh b16a gsr water pump more cooling.
Just to clear tuff up i have a ls/vtec reving to 8400 with type r cams and endyn 12.1 comp pistons.bitch
