rev limiter at 4500
i got and ls swapped e g and the tak is a lil off. i hit my rev limiter at 4500 rpms wtf. also its got cams and valvetrain. stock ecu what could cause this? ne help would be graet also im not throwing ne codes.
Not going over 4500 RPM'S complys with you being in "Limp Mode". Limp mode is based timing/fuel seting because if an enine fault the ECU has found. So to protect itself it will not go over 4500 RPM"S and run rich with no timing. Check The codes even tho there is no CEL. Then get back with the code reselts. Visualy check connectors on your engine harness/wires for cut/unhooked wires/harnesses.
i am not throwing any codes checked anyway and no codes. no wires are unhooked. i'm not sure wtf is going on.i thought i would have a cel if i was in limp mode? anyone else have any suggestions?

after driving a few more times i have came to a conclusion that i am rapping out the rpms my tak is just way off. the only problem i got is that the car will not idle after it warms up it was an auto that was converted to manual could it be something wired wrong i didnt do the conversion it was already done when i bought the car.
Its probably due to the fact that it has cams and is not tuned. Depending on what cams you have. The map sensor is probably not reading enough vaccum which in turn ups the injector duty cycle.
finally threw a cel it was 43 which is fuel system im guessing i need a new pump or injectors already changed the filter ne1 got any ideas

It's good enough to get you to the dyno. It's not good enough to run around on the street with.
