Default reusing parts: all motor

the car has 100k miles, im about to put cams w/ valvetrain in and i know its not good to reuse a headgasket.

I plan to get a spoon hg and was wondering if it would be ok to reuse the spoon when when i take the head off once again to put in a new block.?

Also, would it be ok to reuse my stock b16 headstuds when reassemling the head to the block? I dont wanna go all out and get b16 headstuds when I plan on swapping in a bigger block and having to get the other head studs.

Anyone?

I would never use the same head gasket.. As far as the head studs go, if they are the correct ones for both setups then its fine as long as the bolt doesnt stretch to much.. Look at the distance between the threads and see if any of them have a little more of a gap then the others..
