Default replacing a B-18c1 headgasket.. help

The past few days I have been having trouble with my radiator, I thought that it was bad because the fluid would randomly just drain out completely and nearly cause my engine to overheat. but now I can see a greenish liquid coming from the head gasket on the front/left corner.. Its not like pouring out. but its kind of a gradual leak and something that I cant see happen. I guess it only leaks when im driving because it doesnt do anything when its at an idle when I can look for myself. So Im pretty sure that the gasket is blown. If not , let me know before I trouble myself too much..

But anyways, I was just curious if I could get a slight estimate on how many days it would take to replace it. Because its my daily driven car and id need to know if its a weekend thing or a full week thing so I can start planning ahead. Also, is there any performance head gaskets out there that I could get? So it can withstand more? ... Im not familiar at all with that area so Any help or suggestions would be great.

Thanks

EDIT: btw, thats my engine in the icon. and the leak is comming from the bottom left corner ( looking down on the engine ) if that helps at all.

Thats the thing. I need to know if I will be able to do it by myself. My dad will be helping me. And he has worked on cars for a while now, but he has never done a honda engine before. Although that should make no difference as far as experience goes. But if It will be a struggle for me and my dad to do in a weekend, then I need to know so that way I can find time to look for a rental car while its being worked on.

And about the OEM headgasket, if there is a better one out there, Id rather get that one so that way I have it and I wont have to worry about getting one later on down the road.

If your leaving the car stock then oem is fine if your going to boost you can get a commetics headgasket but you dont need it. Should be able to do it without a problem in 2 days.

I would go with a OEM gasket.

I recommend the following:

1) Helm's manual
2) Torque wrench (two are preferable, a 1/2" and 3/8" drive)
3) Air power and a good impact wrench for the crank pulley bolt
4) A good straight edge and feeler gages to check the head warpage. Otherwise, have a shop inspect your head. Also, check the block.
5) Replace your timing belt and water pump with OEM parts
6) OEM head gasket

You may want to do a compression check before starting to determine if any of the cylinders are compromised.

Actually it wasnt my head gasket.

I stole my dads compression gauge thing, and I did a check on all 4 cylinders, and they all came up just fine .. Left to right, the numbers came up something like 135 135 145 140 ...

But I ended up fixing it and the problem was my thermostat. I took it out and put everything back together ( leaving the thermo. out .. ) and I started my car and checked everything and it didnt overheat or anything. So I check the thermo. out and all the rubber pieces were all corroded and **** so I bought a new one and replaced it all and Now my car is running great.

But what I think caused it, is that my radiator fan wasnt coming on. Apperently , the wires came out of the plug. But luckly I was able to stuff them back in and it works now. So yay, no weekend of replacing a gasket!!!. haha
