Default replace head studs???

im putting a new head on my d16z6 and rebuilding the bottom end for my turbo set-up. well i had already torqued down my head and everything when my friend says that with d-series that you must replace the head studs if they have been torqued more than twice because they will stretch. is this true?

If they are still oem headstuds it's highly recommended. They will stretch. Just ask "BauleyCivic". You are going to want better head studs anyway if youre going turbo.
