Default Possible trany problem when swaping in built ls

i jsut recently installed a fully built ls motor in a crx. it has a ys1 tranny with quaife lsd. so the motor is in and everything is hooked up besides the rad. i put the car in neutral and tried pushing it. it wont budge. when u jack the car up and try to spin the wheel. it gets extremely tough. i dont know if this has anything to do with it but the axels on both sides are touching the curved part of the suspension fork. but i did jsut in stall jimfab traction bars and havent got it aligned yet. does this sound like the axels are in backwards? Person who put lsd in mess up installing it? any ideas what so ever??

I think this is the place to start. I don't see how it could be related to the transmission. Are the traction bars pulling/pushing the control arm out of alignment due to improper adjustment? Are your mounts placing the entire drivetrain in the wrong position?
