Default Removing EVAP?

I have a gsr and want to put a type R throttle body onto my skunk2 manifold.
can i disconnect the evap lines? do i need to plug them or just vent them to air?
is there any performance issues in removing them?

You can just vent it to air, it will be fine. There is a back-up system anyway in the filler cap that vents the vapor.
Hey Gruvy, you come up to the Toronto area don't you? Let me know if you want to sell your purge solenoid. I could grab it off you sometime when your up in the area.
