Default Removing blockguard???

Anyone done this before? Not sure how to go at it and the person that put it in there tried hard enough that I'm going to have to deck the block already.

if its not welded, i.e. like the nuforms or str, there are holes in there just tap a couple screws in the hole and pull out using screws, one on cyl 4 area and other on cyl 1 area
