*honda dealer for bearings if you want oem. (assuming you dont have a local honda hot rod shop) other than that, parts stores or online businesses like me
id assume by pulling the pan, feed, girdle assembly, oil pump, rod caps, etc but depending on what your trying to do after getting it out just pull the motor so your not lying under the car trying to reassemble it. makes the project not so fun
