Allright I am very noob everything with cars. I just recently got into it, and I recently turned 18 so plz give me some slack .

So when relocating the battery, you get one of the guage wires and put it from the positive charge to the firewall and then with another one you hook it up to the negative and then you just ground it to metal?
Is that the basic concept of it?
If its wrong can you just tell me where you usually put the positive and negative wires? I will be locating it in the trunk with 0 gauge wires. Been looking for a simple DIY but this concept is to prove how much I get out of them =/
