Default Redoing Head internals - should i do it myself

Hey,

curious to hear peoples opinions of taking the head of and redoing everything. valves, springs, retainers. Is this a doable weekend project? what tools would I need to do the vavles and springs?

thanks in advance.

I think it would definitely be a do-able project as long as you are somewhat tech saavy and take your time.

As far as tools I will let someone else answer that. I'm sure you need whatever tools are required to install and seat the valves/springs, and to measure them to make sure they're at the right tolerances, not to mention a torque wrench for the re-install.

If you have really a good general knowledge of cars this should be no problem for you. Good luck
