What does red dust on the clutch mean?

so its no problem? in the install instructions it says to check for old leaks, red dust, etc, and it has to be fixed...soo...

Shouldn't be a problem. If anything, I think it may be from the flywheel rusting a bit, then the clutch rubbing the rust off.
