Default Tranny problem

Well lately, I have been having some problems with my transmission. When Im at a full stop, and this ONLY happens when Im completely stopped, 95% of the time my car refuses to go in 1st OR 2nd gear. Once I throw it into 3rd, it will go into 1st or 2nd just fine. Also if I leave it in 1st gear when Im coming to a stop, it refuses to come out of gear.

Anyone know whether this is gonna be my tranny, clutch? master cylinder? Hoping its something small as the clutch only has about 10k miles on it, and 8k of those are highway miles easily without even using the clutch. New tranny fluid was put in about 2 weeks ago.

Any information on you having the same problem or on what the problem is, is greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you were to leave it in gear with your foot on the clutch does it act normall? If it does it may be the shift linkage or the synchros.

If i leave it in gear with my foot on the clutch it works fine, UNTIL i come to a completely stop. WHen im come to a completely stop. 95% of the time it refuses to come out of gear. But the car acts normal, unless i wanna pull it out.

I've never had this problem but my guess is it would be the synchros
