Default rebuild problems

Ok so i've just gotten finished rebuilding my f20b, well not fully rebuilt but new pistons, rings, rod bearings and h22 valves, and when I went to test the compression it read 0 across the board, so I immediatly thought it was the H valves so I removed the head and did a leak down test by flipping the head over and pouring windex in each of the combusiotn chamber, and none of them leaked, so I got adventurous and pured some in each cylinder, same thing none of them leaked, so I thought it might be the valve seals which are also brand new, I thought I might have not put em on all the way so I used the female end of a 3/8 extemsion and tapped em to make sure they wer infact on all the way, oh and the headgasket is also new, so I put the engine back together and cranked it over again and still cranks like it doesnt have any compression, and I poured a cap full of oil in each cylinder and retested the compression and sure engough 0 -0-0-0, now im thinking I have a faulty HG, unless theres somthing else anything of you think i should check, and other thing it is getting fuel and spark.

oh and heres a video http://s56.photobucket.com/alb...2.flv

thanks

I havent reset them yet, I left them as they wer when I tore the engine apart, but atm the head is off the engine again and im putting the old valves back in, btw I guess I should have added this, but I didnt have a valve job done before I installed the h valves, and I'm really thinking thats the problem now

did you even start up the engine????if not that is the reason why, a new motor will not give you any compression until the rings have sealed in...youll have to break it in

no thats not the reason it was the vlaves, I put the stock f20b valves back in and now it has

1: 130
2: 135
3: 130
4: 135

but ive gotta make sure my dizzy isn't 180 out and i have to put my old map back on my chip, because the map on it right now is for an h22 with 345cc injectors not my 310cc f20b injectors lol, now when i crank it over it burps lol but i think its either 180 out at the dizzy or its getting too much fuel or both, so now i have to go and make a new y- pipe gasket out of a reinforced graphite sheet for my egay header

also the engine wont even start with out any compression
