Ok, so my friend bent some valves on his B16 head in his '99 SI. He now has the option of rebuiding the head back to stock,
putting a stock ITR head on the B16 block and tranny,
or putting an ITR head with Skunk2 cams, cam gears, and has a port and polish job.
What kind of horsepower/torque difference will I expect from these 3 different set-ups? and what opinions do you all have?

how about keep b16 head and get itr mani or skunk2 and buy your cams and stuff it would save some money and you can get some beefy cams like jun 3's or toda c's with the extra money you save
